lyrics
Maybe It's Just Me
We’re not listening to your words
And we don’t need a change
The way we speak the way we look it’s our choice
You can’t stop us
Your eyes are closed
Your ears are covered
Your mouth is shut
If you really want to live with your fear and worries
It’s your choice we’re not against you
Read my stories and I’ll let you in
Step back if you're too weak to understand
My favorite band
I’m going to refuse the blame
I’m trying to ignore this dirty game
Don’t try to pull me into your filthy lies
We’re here to live for something not to die for nothing
We’re are here just for a moment to conquer our dreams
You have a heart and you have feet
So open the doors let yourself free
Disinformation's hurting your ears
The words from their mouths, are you ready to hear?
Buying, consuming and watching TV
Leads you to nowhere and surrounds you with fear
And sometimes you have to forget what you feel
And realize what you deserve
Because others can use your weakness
And put a heavy stone on your back
Sometimes you have to forget what you feel
And realize what you deserve
Because others can use your weakness
And put a heavy stone on your back
I’m so happy not to be one of you
To live my life like I’ve always wanted to
And maybe It's just me
We’re here to live for something not to die for nothing
We’re are here just for a moment to conquer our dreams

I'm a big fan of The Faceless middle two albums and when I saw Lyle Cooper was on this album I knew I needed to check it out. I bought the discography almost instantly, reminds me a little of The Faceless and a bit more of Fallujah who I also adore. Well worth the money, Support these great Musicians! dragonslayer8228
Exciting heavy band Lanayah take the best elements of the loudest genres (shoegaze, black metal, hardcore, etc.) and make them their own. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 27, 2023
Even in its prettiest, most celestial moments, the South Dakota trio's sound feels dark and dense and deeply rooted. Bandcamp Album of the Day Aug 24, 2021
